Pink Cream 69 are a German hard rock band from Karlsruhe, formed in 1987 by Andi Deris, Dennis Ward, Kosta Zafiriou and Alfred Koffler. The group first secures a record contract after winning Metal Hammer’s newcomer competition in Ludwigsburg the year after it forms.

The band is also known by the nickname The Pinkies. In 1994, Andi Deris leaves to join Helloween and is replaced by British singer David Readman. In 2003, the band expands to a five-piece when Uwe Reitenauer is brought in to support Alfred Koffler, who has neuropathy affecting his guitar playing.
