Peaking Lights

Peaking Lights is a psychedelic pop duo made up of Aaron Coyes and Indra Dunis. The group forms in 2006 and is based in San Francisco, United States, although the pair relocate from the Bay Area to Madison and rural Wisconsin. Coyes and Dunis also come from Rahdunes and Numbers.

Sound

Their music combines floating electronic pulses, controlled feedback, tape loops, organ, synthesiser, guitar and vocal harmonies. These elements are layered into dense four-track noise-pop textures, with a sound associated with psychedelic, lo-fi, drone, ambient and noise music.
