Patent Pending is a pop punk band from Mt. Sinai, New York. The band has been together since 2001 and has played hundreds of shows all across the United States, including a few Vans Warped Tours and a few Bamboozle Festivals. They have played with many bands, including Taking Back Sunday, Gym Class Heroes, Motion City Soundtrack, Cobra Starship, Catch 22, MC Lars, Suburban Legends, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Family Force 5 and Bowling for Soup.
Current memebers include Joe Ragosta (Vocals), Anthony Mingoia (Drums), Marc Kantor (Guitar), Rob Felicetti (Guitar), Corey DeVincenzo(Bass).
