Otis Kane is the performance name of Anthony Vasquez, a Los Angeles-based vocalist, producer and multi-instrumentalist working in R&B. He begins as a music major, then leaves his studies after getting the chance to work with producer Nellee Hooper, whose credits include Soul II Soul, Björk and No Doubt.
