Orla Gartland

Orla Gartland is an Irish singer-songwriter from Dublin, Ireland, working in folk and indie pop. Born in 1995, she builds songs around melodic hooks and a distinctive vocal style with celtic inflections. Her live performances are noted for being animated.

She begins releasing music independently in 2011, with her first single reaching the top 10 on iTunes in more than 17 countries. Two EPs follow that release. Gartland also appears as a member of FIZZ and is associated with New Friends Music and New Friends.
