Nick Tann is a London-born singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He begins on a tennis racquet before moving on to guitar, then develops an interest in bass guitar at 14 and a 12-string guitar at 17. He majors in bass, playing a Wal bass until the early 1990s, when he discovers that he can sing and write songs.

Early work

Tann first performs with Drunk on Logic, described as a mixed-genre band, before joining People, a nine-piece group. Both projects form part of his route into songwriting and performance.

Solo career

He later works as a solo artist, writing, performing and recording on his own.
