Myles Smith

Myles Smith is a British singer-songwriter from Luton, England. Born in 1998, he works in folk pop and stomp and holler, and is also associated with folk, pop, Americana and singer-songwriter styles.

He teaches himself guitar and piano from a young age and is performing at local open-mic nights by the age of 12. He begins posting cover versions on TikTok in August 2020, building an online following through acoustic interpretations of other artists’ songs.

His cover of The Neighbourhood’s “Sweater Weather” goes viral in 2022 and is later fully released in February 2023. He also gains attention for a version of Amber Run’s “I Found”. This online profile leads to a record deal with Sony’s RCA Records.

Smith’s debut EP, You Promised a Lifetime, marks the start of his professional music career and is released in 2024.
