My Preserver is a West London rock group formed in 2007. The band is a four-piece act and remains active.

Career and live activity

The group builds its reputation through live performances across London rock venues, including LA2, IndigO2, Clapham Grand, Bull & Gate, the 100 Club, Brixton Windmill, 229 and the Borderline. A sold-out Borderline show marks the completion of its self-funded debut album.

Revolutions in the Head

The debut album, Revolutions in the Head, is produced by Premen Underhill, whose credits include work with Klaxons and Bloc Party. The record is described as combining hard-edged rock with stark social commentary.

Style and recognition

My Preserver’s sound is placed between the aggression of Nine Inch Nails and the swagger associated with Jimi Hendrix. The band also receives a nomination for the XFM New Music Award.
