Mr Phormula is the Welsh beat boxer and rap artist Ed Holden, also known as Hel Clecs. He comes from Wales, with a stated origin in Llanfrothen, Gwynedd, and is associated with hip hop and Welsh-language performance. Born in 1984, he works as both a beat boxer and rapper.
