Movits!

Movits! is a Swedish hip hop group from Luleå, active since 2007. The act centres on Johan Rensfeldt and is associated with alternative hip hop and swing.

Style and sound

The group combines jazz and hip hop, bringing together 1930s big band swing, Roma swing and rhythm and blues with hip hop vocals. Its music is also described as drawing on Django-style guitar and street swing.

Movits! is well known in Sweden, but has a lower profile elsewhere.
