Moon King

Moon King is a Canadian synth-pop project from Toronto, active since 2011. It is led by Daniel Benjamin, who is also identified as Daniel Woodhead and has performed under the names Daniel Moonking and Daniel BW. The project is associated with dream pop, shoegaze, dream punk and indie, and its music is also described as electronic pop and indie rock.

The sound develops over time to include disco, synth-pop and house influences. Moon King is a group made up of Daniel Benjamin and Maddy Wilde.
