Minque

Minque is an independent alternative rock group from Portsmouth. Formed in 2016, the act is led by Luke Martin and includes guitarist Alex Marlin. It develops through several lineup changes and settles into a defined sound and repertoire before continuing as an active group.

The band’s music combines bright pop simplicity with a darker and more layered character. Its influences include The Smiths, The Cure, Jeff Buckley and Iggy Pop.
