Milk Teeth
Milk Teeth are a British punk band from Bristol, formed in 2013 and active until 2020. The group’s line-up centres on Becky Blomfield on bass and vocals, with Em Foster on guitar and Jack Kenny on drums. At different points, the band also includes Josh Bannister, Billy Hutton and Chris Webb on guitar, with Hutton and Webb appearing as replacements during the band’s later period.
Releases and labels
The band begins by making music in early 2013 and releases its first EP, Smiling Politely, independently in August 2013. After signing to Hopeless, it follows with Sad Sack in 2015. Its debut album, Vile Child, appears through Hopeless in 2016. In 2017 the band signs to Roadrunner Records and issues the EPs Be Nice and Go Away. Its second self-titled record is released in 2020. Over the course of its career, the band is also signed to Music For Nations.
Career notes
In January 2016, Josh Bannister leaves the band and Billy Hutton joins as touring guitarist. The band tours the US in April 2016 supporting Sorority Noise, Citizen and Turnover. In June 2018, Chris Webb leaves the band and Em Foster takes his place. Later that year the band releases the single Stain. In September 2020, the band announces that it has split up.
