Mercia

Mercia is a group from Stoke-on-Trent, active since 2020. The band begins in late 2006 under the name Camelot, before changing its name to Mercia in 2009. Its line-up includes Zach on vocals, Pat on drums and vocals, Shane on guitar and vocals, Andrew Schorr on guitar, and Jay on bass.

The group plays and performs in metal settings and builds a live reputation through shows in Upstate New York. Over the years it plays with more than 70 national acts, including Hatebreed, Kittie, Sepultura, Born of Osiris, Oh Sleeper, Emmure, God Forbid and Goatwhore. After several member changes, it starts touring in late 2011.
