Maia is a Colombian Singer, born in Baranquilla, who has been compared with Shakira.
Her debut album, released in 2003, was called "El baile de los Sueños" (The Dream Dance) Which included "Niña Bonita."
In 2012, Maia announced that she would be releasing Instinto, This album was also nominated for a Latin Grammy for “ Best Contemporary Tropical Album”.
