Lucy is the electronic producer Luca Mortellaro, born in 1983 and based between Palermo and Berlin. He works in techno, IDM, minimal techno, dub techno and related electronic styles, and his sets and live performances combine techno, minimal, neo-trance and electro.

Career

Lucy releases music under the name Lucy and uses the alias in a project led by Luca Mortellaro. He releases most of his work on his own label, Stroboscopic Artefacts. His first EP, Open House, appears in 2007 on Qoki Records and brings him to the attention of artists including James Holden.
