Losers

Losers is an electronic rock and indie project formed in 2007 by Eddy Temple-Morris and Tom Bellamy, who is also known for his work in Cooper Temple Clause. The line-up later includes Paul Mullen, who joins in 2010, and Dean Pearson. The band combines dance, electro and rock elements, and its sound shifts over time from remix-based material towards a more guitar-led approach.

Releases

The band’s first album, Beautiful Losers, appears in 2010 as a collaborative dance remix album. It includes guest vocals from Brian Molko of Placebo on the track Summertime Rolls. Their second album, And So We Shall Never Part, follows in 2014 and reflects the move towards a more rock-driven sound. In 2016, the band releases How to Ruin Other People’s Futures, issued on 61seconds Records.

Collaborations and use in film, television and games

Losers’ music appears in a range of media placements, including Game of Thrones, the official trailer for Hercules and the video game Far Cry 3. The band also tours with acts including Gary Numan and The Sisters of Mercy.
