Lisa Maffia is a British singer-songwriter, model, musician and presenter. She is best known for being the main female member of So Solid Crew, the UK garage group with which she first comes to wider attention.

As part of So Solid Crew, Maffia appears on five top 20 hits. Among the group’s biggest releases are the platinum-selling single 21 Seconds and the platinum-selling album They Don’t Know.

Solo work

Her solo career includes two top 10 singles and an award-winning album. One of her best-known solo tracks is the gold-selling single All Over.

Maffia is born in the United Kingdom in 1979 and is from South London. She is of Italian and Black heritage, with an Italian mother and a Black father.
