Linx

Linx are a British funk and soul group from the United Kingdom. The group initially consists of David Grant, Bob Carter on keyboards, Andy Duncan on drums, Canute Edwards on guitar and Peter Martin on bass, who is also known as Sketch. After their first hit in 1980, the lineup reduces to a duo of Grant and Martin.

The band places six singles on the UK Singles Chart between mid-1980 and mid-1982. Their biggest hit is Intuition, which reaches number 7 in early 1981. Other charting singles include You're Lying and So This is Romance.

Linx split in early 1983. David Grant later has a solo career and also appears as a vocal coach on the BBC television programme Fame Academy.
