Lifesigns

Lifesigns are a progressive rock group from the United Kingdom. The band forms around keyboard player and vocalist John Young, who has worked with Bonnie Tyler, Scorpions, Greenslade, Qango and Asia. Its line-up also includes bassist and vocalist Jon Poole, known for his work with Cardiacs, the Wildhearts and Dowling Poole.

Line-up and personnel

Martin Beedle, also known as “Frosty”, plays drums, percussion and vocals, and previously played with Cutting Crew. Guitarist Niko Tsonev, formerly of the Steven Wilson Band, is part of the band’s earlier line-up. Dave Bainbridge later replaces Tsonev on guitar and also adds keyboards; Bainbridge is also associated with Iona, Celestial Fire and Strawbs. In 2020, Beedle leaves and Zoltán Csörsz takes over on drums.

Steve Rispin, a sound engineer, is also part of the band’s line-up. Other members listed for the group include Nick Beggs.
