Leon Bridges
Leon Bridges is an American soul singer-songwriter and record producer. He is born Todd Michael Bridges in 1989 and is from Atlanta, United States.
Career
He begins performing in and around Fort Worth, Texas, and gains industry attention through analog recordings made with Justin Block and Austin Jenkins of White Denim and uploaded to his SoundCloud page. He signs to Columbia and releases his first singles in 2015, including a ballad written about his mother that draws on mid-to-late 1960s soul. He also appears at SXSW, and his debut album, Coming Home, follows later in 2015.
