Hailing from London, Koven is the production alias of 21-year-old producer Max Rowat.
Having released his free debut EP 'Wake You Up' in December of 2011, the EP was a strong follow-up to his recent break into the scene. This release saw support from UKF, Inspector Dubplate, Ministry Of Sound, Radio 1, XFM and more. Koven's tracks have been cropping up in the sets of some of the scenes biggest names.
Before the release of Koven's official debut single 'More Than You' Koven had already completed a number of official remixes for the likes of Borgore, The Prototypes and Hadouken. Whilst completing remix duties Koven also worked with Ministry Of Sound producing a track for Hadoukens album and Nissan's collaborative project 'The Nissan Juke Box'.
Koven's debut single dropped on the 4th March 2013 on Viper Recordings.
It is a very exciting time for Koven, the future looks very bright for this young bass head and is one to definitely keep an eye on.
