Kathryn Joseph is a Scottish singer-songwriter and musician from Glasgow. Her music is described as indie folk and slowcore.

She is born Kathryn Emma Sawers. Her debut album, Bones You Have Thrown Me and Blood I've Spilled, wins the 2015 Scottish Album of the Year Award.

Her voice is compared with Joanna Newsom and Björk, and also with Anohni, formerly known as Anthony Hegarty.
