Kate Walsh is an English singer-songwriter from Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex. She is a graduate of the Brighton Institute of Modern Music and works in folk and acoustic-influenced music.

Albums

Her first album, Clocktower Park, is produced by Lee Russell and is released by Kitchenware Records. The title refers to a meeting place in her home town. Her second album, Tim's House, follows in 2007 and reaches No. 1 on the UK iTunes Store. It includes her best-known song, Your Song.

Her third studio album, Light and Dark, follows in 2009. Its lead single, June Last Year, is released shortly before the album. She also discusses the release of The Real Thing in 2011.

Talk of the Town brings her wider attention when it is chosen as the iTunes Free Single of the Week in March 2007. Your Song is featured in the films Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging, The Crew and The Decoy Bride.
