Kadia
Kadia are a folk-pop ensemble based in Geneva, Switzerland. The group includes members of Australian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Egyptian, Guinean, Italian, Lebanese and Spanish origins, and the members also identify as Swiss.
Their music combines a range of instruments and influences, including spoons, mandocello, congas, ukulele, balafon, oud and horns, alongside the voice of Kadiata. The result is described as rhythmic and melodic, with elements that sit between pop and nu-folk.
