Joe Driscoll is a hip hop and reggae artist from Syracuse, United Kingdom. He is based in London and is known for live solo performances that use a microphone, guitar and loop pedal to build songs in layers, adding beatbox, bassline, chords and vocals in performance.

Driscoll wins the INDY Award for Best Solo Act in 2007. He releases Origin Myth on Buttercuts Records in 2006, which is described as the most recent of three albums.

His work is associated with beatbox-driven live hip hop, and his setup centres on spontaneous looping and live vocal and guitar arrangement rather than a larger band.
