Interface is an industrial electronic group from the United States, based in Long Island, New York and associated with the NYC industrial electronic scene. It is founded in 1993 by Eric Eldredge, who handles keyboards, sequences and vocals. The group’s line-up also includes Joseph Dobise.

Style and sound

Interface’s music combines several forms of electronic music, with particular emphasis on trance, synthpop, electro-industrial and aggrotech. Its albums are described as having a strong focus on melody and songwriting, alongside an industrial electronic base.

Releases and activity

The group has a steady output of songs and dance remixes for other artists. The first two albums are released on the now-defunct Tinman label, and Interface is signed to Nilaihah Records in the United States. Eric Eldredge also appears on stage with additional live musicians when the group performs.
