Imperial Wax

Imperial Wax are a British alternative rock band from the United Kingdom, active since 2018. The group forms around guitarist Pete Greenway, bassist Dave Spurr, drummer Keiron Melling and vocalist and guitarist Sam Curran.

Greenway, Spurr and Melling previously play together in the final line-up of The Fall, the long-running post-punk group led by Mark E. Smith. After Smith’s death, they recruit Curran to create Imperial Wax.

The band describe their sound as noise rock and garage-based material, with room for psych elements and rockabilly influences.
