Hold Your Horse Is are a three-piece post-hardcore band from Frimley, Camberley and Fleet. Their sound draws heavily on 1990s American indie and 2000s British post-hardcore.

The band name comes from the title of an album by Hella, the Californian noise rock duo whose music is not similar to theirs. Hold Your Horse Is release one album and several EPs.

They are active from 2008 to the present.
