Heck

Heck are a Nottingham, UK hardcore and mathcore band. They form in 2009 and are also known by their earlier name, Baby Godzilla. Their music is described as especially heavy, and their live shows are known for being interactive and dangerous.

Line-up and early releases

The first EP, NPAG, is recorded as a three-piece with Matt Reynolds on vocals and guitar, Paul Shelley on bass and vocals, and Tom Marsh on drums. The band later adds Jonny Hall on guitar and vocals. After that, they release two further EPs, OCHE and KNOCKOUT MACHINE.

Singles, album and later activity

Heck also issue the singles Don't Touch That Dial and The Great Hardcore Swindle. They release their first full-length album, Instructions, in 2016. The band go on indefinite hiatus in 2017.
