Have Mercy are a Baltimore indie rock and emo band active from 2010, signed to Hopeless Records. The group is based in Baltimore, Maryland and is made up of Andrew Johnson, Brian Swindle and Nick Woolford.

The band’s sound sits within emo and indie rock, and it is described as drawing on the work of acts such as Makeout Party, The Jealous Sound, The Early November, Seahaven and Northstar. Their first full-length release arrives in 2013.
