Great Imitation

Great Imitation is a British hip-hop outfit described as a quartet combining rap and soul. Its sound brings together rap poetry and British soul, with a vaudevillian quality and a comic edge. The group works within hip-hop while aiming at a more middle-class image of rap, and is presented as a gentlemen’s quartet.
