Gold Jacks are a four-piece blues-rock band from Manchester, active since 2014. The group forms around guitarist Liam and frontman Stu, with the full line-up consisting of four members.

Style and reception

The band’s sound is described as groove-heavy indie with a blues-rock edge, with comparisons made to early Black Keys. Liam’s guitar parts are characterised by growling, garage-rock-influenced riffs, while Stu sings with a rich, soulful voice that at times recalls Stereophonics’ Kelly Jones.
