French Films is a Finnish indie pop group active since 2010. The band comes from Espoo and Järvenpää, in Finland, and its lineup includes Johannes Leppänen on guitar and vocals, Joni Kähkönen on guitar and vocals, Mikael Jurmu on bass and vocals, Santtu Vainio on synth, and Antti Inkiläinen on drums.

The group’s music is associated with indie, new wave and dream pop. Its stated influences include dreaming, cold and dark winters, and being alive.
