Foreign Concept is a UK drum and bass producer, also known as Matt Price. Before working in music, he is a banker, then leaves that job and moves to Amsterdam to pursue production.

His first release appears on the Recipe Book LP on Ingredients. He then contributes a track to the Way of the Warrior LP on Shogun Audio with Bringa. After that, he releases music on a range of other labels, including Critical.

He also produces under the alias Mad Rabbit.
