Fiona Bevan

Fiona Bevan is an English singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Suffolk, with ties to London. Her music is described as folk, pop and soul, and she is associated with a soulful folk-pop style. She works with acoustic elements and writes and performs as a solo artist.

Songwriting and collaborations

Bevan is known for co-writing Little Things with Ed Sheeran. The song is recorded by One Direction and becomes a number-one single in 13 countries. Bevan and Sheeran receive a BMI award for the song. She also co-writes a number of other songs that are recorded by a range of artists.

Recordings and releases

Bevan releases her studio album Talk To Strangers on Navigator Records in 2014. The album is produced by Shawn Lee. She also releases the EP Wild Angels, Sweet Demons on Laurel Canyon in 2018. Her single The Machine is remixed by Ed Harcourt and features Fem Fel.

Touring and performance

Bevan tours with Nick Mulvey, Gwyneth Herbert, Adam Ant and Ed Sheeran. She receives praise from Tom Robinson of BBC 6Music and Alex James of Blur. Her sound is also described in terms that place it alongside Erykah Badu, Joanna Newsom and Kate Bush.
