13 year old Ethan Thomas, has been playing acoustic guitar none stop since he was seven.
He has had bookings for Brampton live, Appleby Beer and Blues, Ireby Folk Festival, Fylde Folk Festival, a support for Boo Hewerdine, a support for Jon Brindley and many more.
Ethan writes his own songs mainly but also plays covers, he is influenced by many performers and songwriters. He has a fast finger picking style and a soft, calm voice.
Ethan is the current holder of The Tallyman Trophy (Fylde Folk Festival, Young Performer Of The Year), which, among others, artists such as Kate Rusby and Tim Van Eyken have won. He got to perform on the Fylde Main stage in front of 800 people the same night Show Of Hands were headlining.
