Ephexis is a group centred on dance music production and live PA performance. It is made up of Adam Goodlet and Alex McDougall.

Style and performance

The group works across the harder end of psy-trance, freeform, hardcore, breakbeat and drum and bass, and is also associated with hard dance, electronic and nu energy. Its live show combines detailed arrangement and polished production with a psychedelic element. Performances range from DJ sets played from laptops to full live sets with vocalists, dancers and instrumentalists.

Activity and appearances

Ephexis has played live shows at parties, clubs and festivals in the UK, Finland and Australia. The project continues as a live PA and also appears with the FINRG collective in Finland.

Multimedia work

The group also moves into multimedia, including a high-definition DVD project that combines visuals and live performance.
