Empress

Empress is an Australian heavy rock and post-rock band from the Gold Coast. The group also appears in descriptions of its music as post-metal, indie rock, alternative rock, slowcore, doom metal and progressive metal.

The band releases music under the name Empress Empress, and its first self-titled album appears in April 2017.

Empress is one of several acts using the name, but this entry refers to the Gold Coast group.
