Elias

Elias is the recording name of German house producer Jean F. Cochois, from Darmstadt in Germany, born in 1970. He is also known for work under the name Elias.

As Elias, he is signed to the Driftwood record label and makes minimal, dub-infused house music. Before releasing music on Driftwood, he spends 17 years travelling in search of the “perfect woman”, a period that is described as ending without him finding one. He then focuses on his production work.
