Dub Incorporation

Dub Incorporation is a French reggae band from Saint-Étienne, formed in 1997. The group is active under the shortened name Dub Inc and is made up of Benjamin Jouve, Bouchkour, Idir Derdiche, Jérémie Grégeois, Moritz Von Korff, Aurélien “Komlan” Zohou and Jerôme Momey.

Style and themes

The band plays dancehall, dub, ragga and reggae, with a sound that also draws on world music. Its songs are known for socially conscious lyrics, performed in French, Arabic and sometimes Kabyle. Their writing often focuses on unity, immigration and cultural diversity, with a wider emphasis on social and political issues.
