Background

Drip Drop works as a sample-based mash-up artist. The project begins with his first efforts at making mash-ups and remixes at the start of his freshman year of college. Those early recordings lead to a first album built from his initial six months of mash-up work.

Releases and activity

The album Minor In Possession is the first Drip Drop release mentioned. It appears in 2010 and quickly draws attention, reaching hundreds of downloads in its first week. That response leads to multiple live performances.
