Dreams Divide

Dreams Divide are a UK electronic group made up of David Crout and Gem Davison. The act emerges on the electronic scene in 2011 with the debut album Puppet Love, which is first self-released and then picked up within two months by the Russian label Glory & Honour for physical and continued digital release.

Background and style

The group works in synthpop, futurepop, EBM, goth and industrial. They build a live reputation early on through showcases and local performances before moving on to larger bookings.

Live activity and releases

Dreams Divide share stages with KMFDM, Covenant, Clan of Xymox, Cruxshadows, Grendel, Code 64 and Modulate, among others. They also headline their own shows to packed venues. Their first international performance takes place at Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig, Germany, in 2012. After that appearance, they gain further bookings in Germany, and the track “Puppet Love” appears on the cover DVD of the German alternative magazine Zillo.

Later development

With additional live dates secured, the group begins work on a second album.
