DOOM GONG is a Louisville-based group active since 2022. It works across experimental, jazz, jazz fusion, psychedelic, psychedelic rock and rock, and is also described as a psychedelic rock band. The group’s lineup includes Kenny Tayce and Matthew Griffin on drums, William Joiner on trumpet and keys, Misaki Hall on keys and omnichord, Sam Kernohan on bass, Christian Olds, John Anderson and Grant Howell on guitar, John Anderson also on vocals, and Jay Hall on percussion.
