DJ Flo

DJ Flo, also known simply as Flo, begins as MC Flo before changing his stage name. The name comes from his real name, Floris. He works in trance and progressive trance, and his musical references include a long list of artists from that field such as Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Above & Beyond, Lange, Gareth Emery, Super8 & Tab, Atb, Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Dash Berlin, Deadmau5, Andy Moor, Markus Schulz, Orjan Nilsen, Aly & Fila, Cosmic Gate and Gabriel & Dresden.

He is associated with mixing and producing, and also works as a webmaster and designer. His site, Flozilla, is a project involving Flo, Akeem, Leero and PimP, and Flozilla.nl/dj features his latest trance and progressive mixes. He listens weekly to A State Of Trance, Club Life and Trance Around The World, and his favourite mixes include Anjunabeats Worldwide CD2, mixed by Mark Pledger, and In Search of Sunrise 6 and 7, mixed by Tiesto.
