Digitized is a two-member electropop act made up of Michael Tuerk and Jared Geilich. Michael composes the background tracks, while Jared sings. The pair take turns writing lyrics and mixing the tracks.

Formation and early work

Michael Tuerk and Jared Geilich meet over the summer of 2005 and begin making music together in 2010. Their first song as a duo is a cover of Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi”. After that, they record their first original track, “Wake Up”.

Releases and influences

Digitized completes an EP titled Fading Dreams and releases a free version alongside an iTunes release. Their influences include Owl City, Stephen Jerzak, The Ready Set, Hello Astronaut, The Morning Of and Hellogoodbye.
