Design

Design are a British group from London, active between 1968 and 1976. The line-up includes Tony Hill Smith, John Mulcahy-Morgan, Barry Alexander and Jeff Watts.

The name is shared by several different acts, but this Design is the 1970s British folk-rock group. They are also described as a six-piece vocal group with a strong presence on early 1970s British television, although that exposure does not translate into strong record sales.

They release several albums in the 1970s, including a self-titled album in 1971 and Tomorrow Is So Far Away in 1972.
