Desert

Desert is a UK house and techno duo made up of Paul Kane and Paul Pringle. Kane is a regular DJ at Liverpool club Cream, while Pringle begins producing and engineering in 1991. The pair release their first single, Moods, on Stress Records.

Glow Records

In 1997, Desert launch Glow Records, a label associated with underground house music made in the UK. The label issues early records by Steve Lawler and Lil Devious, and its releases receive support from DJs around the world. Tracks from the label also appear on compilations including Ministry of Sound and Renaissance.
