Decade

Decade are an alternative rock and pop-punk group from Bath, England. They form in 2009 under the name Ready Set Low and release their first EP, Lost At Sea, in the same year. They rename themselves Decade in 2011.

Line-up

The band’s line-up includes lead vocalist Alex Sears, guitarist Joe Marriner, guitarist and backing vocalist Connor Fathers and bassist Harry Norton. Drummer Dan Clarke later leaves the group; Charlie Pollard of Wallflower plays drums at live shows after that.

Releases and activity

Decade release their second EP in 2012, their first under the Decade name, and follow it with their first headline tour. Their debut album, Good Luck, follows in 2013 on Spinefarm Records. The band’s second album, Pleasantries, appears in 2017 on Rude Records and is followed by a tour supporting You Me At Six.

Later status

After the end of 2017, the band are largely inactive online, with only a single social media post in December 2020 calling on fans to sign and share a UK Government petition. Their official website is also inactive.
