Deafkid

Deafkid is the project of musicians and producers Christopher Lockington and Florian Sauvaire, based in London. Their music combines electronica, experimental and pop.

Background

Before forming Deafkid, Lockington and Sauvaire work with experimental hip hop artist Ghostpoet. They contribute additional production to Ghostpoet’s Mercury Prize-nominated album Peanut Butter Blues And Melancholy Jam, and they also form the live band for Ghostpoet’s tours between 2009 and 2012.

Deafkid release their debut AA-side single Talk & Pig on Tape Club Records.
